Bundled property photography

• A full set of photographs taken of a property, using dedicated digital camera equipment with wide angle lenses & flashes. Basic digital processing included. In most houses this will provide one photograph of key rooms, two of the main reception rooms & kitchen, and two external and garden views. These are ideal for web sites, also for use in in-house produced brochures.

Fees

• From £50.00 + VAT for a set of 10 photographs
• Fee based on accompanying a plan

Options

• This service is best suited to smaller properties, typically under £250,000.
• We normally provide it in conjunction with one of our plan services, additional fees apply for photo service ordered separately.
• We can provide quotes for packages of plans and photos tailored to your normal market expectation.
