Paul has been fascinated with maps, plans and diagrams as far back as he can remember.
He studied geology and then archaeology at St Anne's College, Oxford.
Working as an archaeologist his drawing and photographic skills led him to work with historic buildings, including a spell at Somerset House in London.
After a spell working on the digitisation of historic manuscripts he started providing CAD plans and photographs of buildings on a freelance basis in 1999.
Paul relocated to Skipton, North Yorkshire in 2002, initially setting up Floorplans North before specialising in 2008 with the creation of Pennine Property Studio.
Paul lives on a narrowboat a little outside Skipton with wife Joanne and young son Oliver.
